"It took an hour after check in time to get a room and I was there 2 hours earlier so no early check in. Breakfast is not included and it was not all that. Bartender was kool"

"Stayed in A-1003. The unit was not well maintained. There was dust and possibly mold on and within all of the AC units as well as fixtures on the wall and behind the furniture. The fixtures in the shower were rusted and there was mildew along the wall and floor. I took a shower in my mom’s room that was perfect compared to this room."

"This guest house is very well located. Our experience was not good. To begin with, we were given a room different to what we had booked, and which had a lot of mosquitoes. When we tried to reach the management, they had closed the office (it was Sunday so not strange). We reached out to the manager via email, and the response was that we could not be given the room we had booked because it had an issue with it, however, we were not notified of this even when they had enough time for this. "False advertising. Nothing portrayed in The description was accurate. Only 2 restaurants and a small coffee shop. Not 6.
Could not get food passed 9 pm in either one. Nor drinks passed 10.
Activities non existent
No beach access as it’s full of seaweed. The smell is horrendous!
Various places in the facility are run down and deteriorated.
Everything was very clean and the staff was excellent! That’s about the only thing this place has going for it!"
