"They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool."

"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. "The Inn was lovely and beautifully decorated for the holidays. The owners were warm and welcoming when we arrived and delightful to chat with. There was fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast in addition to baked goods and other freshly prepared options once we were seated. Five inches of snow fell the first evening enhancing beautiful scenery viewed from the dining room. We definitely plan on returning!"
