"It’s a 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff, and a great location! It isn’t the most modern. You actually use a key to get in the room, or the fanciest, but the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and take pride in their work. It’s close to restaurants, the main square, a flee market type of place, coffee shops and the streetcar. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone. If I return to Krakow I would definitely stay here again. "

"Finding the reception is very difficult, at one point there was 12 people trying to find reception. We then found it was an appartment on level 2 at the end of a corridor. We went to our appartment that was booked for 5 people to find a double bed and a sofa bed.
