"The room was fairly large with a very clean bathroom (no mildew, yea!). Had a full Starbucks on premise which was great. A nice lobby where people were chilling and a nice long high table where people used their laptops (always full). We walk to University of TN and Market Square easily, so perfect location for us. They have construction doing on which closed the main entrance, but we didn't hear any noise. The parking garage is tight, but we took the truck in fine, but carefully."

"The property is very dated, with a slight facelift that doesn’t really cover up the very old property. The rooms are very barebones. The carpet is disgusting, the tv was showing everything as a blue out of focus broadcast, and the elevators were extremely janky. It was just not a pleasant stay at all."
