"**Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!** Alles hat super geklappt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, besonders die Zimmermädchen. Die Lage ist top, alles ist in der Nähe, und die Straßenbahn ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Es gab kein Kaffee oder Tee im Zimmer, das hätte ich gerne gehabt. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!"

The accommodation is simple, without any unnecessary extras, but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed linen and towels were clean and white. The hotel offers good value for money. "Is located not far from the central Areas of Vienna. Hotel is a decent property. Extremely compact rooms but ok for a couple of nights stay. The iron we ordered in the room ended up staining one of the shirts as the Iron had a dark grease in the side of it. We didn't get time to highlight it to the reception since we had a packed schedule."

No tenían ninguna información de expedia y tuve que esperar más de una hora para que lo resolvieran. El personal poco amable, con dificultades para hablar inglés.
