"Location was great. Property was great. Down side, food expensive and nothing outside closes. Delivery not able come to property. Our room had smell in bathroom of sewer, gas from floor drain. We filled plastic bag with water covered it solved the problem for us. Over all loved the experience, just didn’t look at food bill until get home."

From the moment we checked in to the moment we finished our stay, the staff were all very welcoming, friendly and keen to help wherever they could. The facilities at the hotel were excellent. "Our stay at Kowloon Shangri-La was very comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The only downside was that the bathroom did not have a bidet. Other than that, everything met our expectations and made for a pleasant stay."
