"とても綺麗な客室です。 バスタブ付きの部屋を予約したので部屋も広く、ホテルのスタッフのみなさんはどなたもとても親切に対応してくださいました。 フロントが19階にあり、客室に行くには19階から更にエレベーターの乗り換えが必要です。 初めての場合、少し入口に迷うかもしれませんが、ホテルの周りはいろんなお店があって とても便利です。"

"I've never been to Hong Kong so didn't know the best location when booking a hotel. I eventually settled on this one as it looked like there were two double beds and a harbour view from the Expedia photos. When we checked it there was just a single double bed and a very small fold out bed for my daughter. We asked about moving rooms, but apparently none of the rooms have two double beds, even though the photos show this. The staff were really helpful when we arrived as I had no cash to pay...
