"The location across the train station was very convenient. The room was not at all cozy or similar to what I had booked. Also there was no air conditioning with very temps."

"The hotel location is quite good, very easy to get around. The room is spacious, clean and comfort. The breakfast is so good with lots of choice.

"The staff were very helpful. Great location. Basic standard double/twin bed - you can request different pillows if you don’t like the feather pillows. Bathroom shower needs upkeep as there was mold/milldew throughout the corners and edges."

"Stayed 1 night in May 2026. Location was ok - we took bus from train station to Casino-Palace stop and then walked the remainder. Hotel is located up hill and could be difficult to access by foot with heavy luggage.
Room was a good size and had beautiful panoramic views of the lake and city. No air conditioning, but with windows open and using provided fan, we were comfortable.
Would have preferred to receive Lucerne visitor pass prior to check in so we could have used it for the bus ride...

"No es un hotel, es practicamente un hostal con los servicios minimos. Las fotos no coinciden con el interior y mala limpieza. Habitacion muy pequena, salvo por la ubicacion no lo recomiendo."
