"Clean and quiet hotel. No aircraft noise heard at all. Polite staff. Room 668’s shower left the shower’s tray partly blocked and almost about to spill out on to the tiled floor. Nasty drain smells from the shower was the clue to the problem!
Air conditioning system not very affective at all."

"The staff were very kind and helpful, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel could use some updating, and the mattress was extremely firm — basically like sleeping on a rock. The bathroom had a couple of spots that seemed overlooked during cleaning, though nothing major. There were plenty of transportation options nearby, making it easy to get into London city. Overall, you do get what you pay for."

"Stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling for work. It's fine, the room was clean and decent size and is air-conditioned, but... There's a bit of a lack of attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings... The bed was very squeaky, there was a worrying "soft" square on the floor, the en-suite door opens inwards in to the bathroom making it difficult to close and open the door when your actually in the small bathroom, there was a gap between the blinds and no curtains, so I got woken each morning...
