"Clean, slightly dated room. Fairly helpful staff, though keen to get you out of the way as quickly as possible. Location is not good- you DO NOT want to have a walk around the area on your own. It is rough. If you’re visiting London for the first time, treat this as a one night sleepover for getting a good night’s sleep. In and out."

Room is small
Breakfast very basic
A little bit of noise can be heard from outside due to hotel being on the high street but this is expected because of this"

"The room was suitable for our short stay, however with such lovely expanse of grounds it was therefore unfortunate that the view from our room was a 12foot high brick wall. Despite there being no air conditioning the room had a patio door which once open cooled the room. Upon request the hotel provided a fridge for my elderly mothers insulin, unfortunately the fridge was faulty and froze the insulin which caused a unplanned medical issue. They were quick to provide another fridge which was...

"On the edge of Stratford. Friendly welcome.Smart decor and mini- room was well equipped and ideal for an overnight.
Sadly, there was no hot water. Advised reception on way out at 5pm. Offered alternative room but not accepted as we had late return. Maintenance staff had left.
Problem remained upto leaving at 9am. Apology repeated but I had to initiate possibility of part refund - we paid £254 (concert night). Further apologies by message but offered only £38 (£19 ea)for loss of essential...

"I didn’t stay it was stinky and filthy in the room!! I expressed my dissatisfaction with the condition of the room and was told they wouldn’t give the money back even tho we didn’t stay immediately after seeing the terrible condition of the room. The lobby is immaculate but the carpets in the rooms needs to be removed it has trapped the scent giving off a mold like smell."
