"The hotel has a great location right at the airport. Rooms were clean and quiet - a plus for being at the airport. Food was OK, nothing special, but it was very covienent. However the web page and confirmation were very unclear (read nonexistant) about how to find or get to the hotel from the airport. Ie take tram to terminal 3, go outside and walk across the street. We spent waaay too much time trying to find it."

"Tout était parfait pour une soirée et une nuit avant de prendre l’avion très tôt le lendemain. À quelques pas de l’autobus et à quelques pas du terminal 1. Navette 22h/24h qui passe aux 4 minutes pour aller vers le terminal 2. Choix de restaurant, épicerie, bar, terrasse, salons, etc. "

"The front desk receptionist ‘loved’ her job so much she forgot to smile and offer basic customer service. I never do this but I am gonna make an exception and spell out her - Margary. The least I could do to ‘congratulate’ what customer service looks like in this hotel. I stayed at Holiday Inn in Lima and the customer service at the front was polar opposite than what Margary had to offer. "It is super convenient for an early flight. You can walk to Terminal 4 by using the overpass; it takes about 15 minutes. My bedroom was small, and when you have your suitcase open on the floor (carpet), it is crowded. The bed is comfy. The wifi was spotty at first and slow, but after 9 pm was totally fine (it is included). I had blackout curtains. My window showed the Novotel and the bedroom windows (a bit of vis-a-vis). The hotel has a dinner buffet for $23 and a $13 breakfast (buffet as well)....

"受付の方が親切で頼りになりました。ルーブル美術館やモンマルトルの丘が徒歩で30分ほどで基本的に歩きで回れる便利さがありました。朝食を付けましたが、クロワッサンがサクサクで美味しかったです。ヨーグルトもクリーミーで美味しかったです。"

"Muy limpio el baño sobre todo, te hacen limpieza y cambían las toallas diario. Personal muy amable, habitaciones cómodas para parejas, todo está cerca, supermercados, farmacias, cafeterías,tiendas para comprar, buses para trasladarse y el metro a unos cuantos pasos. Maravillosa vista de la torre Eifel sin duda regresaremos a este lugar, se los recomendamos. "

"L'hôtel est bien situé , dans un quartier agréable , pas loin d'une station de métro avec de bonnes prestations : bonne literie , calme et propreté et cela avec un prix très convenable ; j'ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel , vraiment soucieux de bien faire et avec un grand sens de l'hospitalité ,cela mérite d'être signalé; un grand merci à eux pour cela !"
