"Room 163: the door does not lock. The toilet paper holder is dangling from the wall, which has small divots dug out of it. There is a bit of discoloration around the tub. The staff willingly gave us another room.
Inside door latches/chains have been removed and painted over.

Just a suggestion, either management or engineering team should walk the rooms to check the quality of rooms. For example, we had three rooms. "On the positive side there was hot water and the fridge microwave and AC worked. But the place was pretty beat up and infested with roaches. But it was cheap and not crowded. But I still think they should at least seal all the holes in exterminate the roaches"
