"A superb hotel! I stayed here for 2 nights whilst attending an event at Olympia. It is a short 10-15 minute walk from the venue, but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was clean and the decor looked fresh and well maintained. My room was perfect for a short stay - comfortable bed, desk with small chair, space for hanging clothes, a safe, a fridge (that was a bonus!) and a kettle. Opening window was also welcome. There was fresh still and sparkling...

"**** very bad, Staff support lacking, No lift and climb up for 3 floors with large baggage. room too small . I stay 3 nights without room cleaning service. Who ever wants to book this hotel please consider twice."

"Excellent vacation for tourists, but I would recommend this if you need a quick stay or one or two nights. I was getting tired of the narrow hallways and musty rooms, but to be honest London in this neighborhood is just like that. But an excellent location if you’re trying to zip around the city quick. "
