"Great value!"
We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights from 24.7. till 27.7. and I must say the hotel was totally worth it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is extremely well situated (7min walk to the London eye, just across the street for the tube station Labmeth north - Bakerloo line). The room wasn't very big, but was enough for the short stay, because we didn't have much things. If you do have more luggage, you might need to put it under the bed or so. In the hotel description they say you must pay for additional services such as TV, WIFI, hairdrier, towels, but fortunately, we had it all included, even though I don't know why. The only disatvantage could be the noise at night caused by a high volume of ambulances passing by to the St. James hospital. But the windows minimize this sound as much as possible. I would definitely use this hotel for my next short stay in London!

Booked for two nights to tour London, but after arriving decided to stay one more night and there was no problem. All staff are friendly and really helpful. Room was clean and did it's purpose. Full kitchen available to use on premises. Ideal when you come to visit and tour London.

"Very cheap and good location."
Stayed for three nights in March as it was a very good price and walking distance to the city centre. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room and facilities were basic but clean and comfortable. The overall decor of the hostel was rather worn but for 20 quid a night in central London I was more than happy.

"it's a hostel"
Not much in the way of facilities, and the rooms reek of sweat. Their internet is good, though, they offer good service, and everything they advertise is there, so I'd be willing to go back again.

"Good Location, clean facilities"
They had us check out and in to switch rooms and the end of our stay, which was pretty inconvenient. Staff was nice, rooms and bathroom were clean.

"One of the better London hostels "
Definitely one of the better London hostels that I've stayed in,though you can read what you like into that cause some of the others were complete dives. Very noisy outside and in the corridors. A marching brass band could not have made anymore noise than the cleaning staff did at about 06.30 in the morning in the corridors and the bathroom next door. Fortunately I had to get up around that time anyway. I was in a 4 bed room. It was basic but ok,and represented decent value given the location etc etc. As it happened there was only 1 other person in the room and fortunately for me she was quiet, tidy and considerate, and went to bed at a reasonable time, which helped. In other hostels I've had other guests staying there coming in at 2 or 3 in the morning drunk turning the light on and talking loudly, which obviously affects your experience of that establishment although it's not really the hostels fault.
