Accommodation London Bridge

58 Great Dover Street, London - Map

"Good hotel in interesting location"
The hotel offers pretty basic accommodation and not much else. The location is the real advantage - within walking distance of the city and tourist sites but on the edge of more residential areas and in an interesting neighbourhood. Probably more suitable for younger people and couples rather than families.

"Clean, tidy, safe and great location :)"
Generally great, checkin was quick and friendly. The rooms/communal areas were all clean and tidy. There are cages under each of the beds for your stuff (Bring a padlock with you, or you can buy one for £3). The only downside was it was ridiculously hot in the whole building, especially the room. This is despite it being October and the temperature outside was relatively cold. Great location, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest tube station which is on the edge of zone 1 so very handy.

"Overall this is meant to be a hostel"
It is a hostel and it is what Restup London stands for. The rooms were clean but I was on the main floor so I had no windows making it dingy. The bathroom had an interesting smell to it. The food was good and the wifi was also decent. Wish it extended to the rooms though because I had business conference calls and it was hard to be professional when you are in a public space. Overall a great place, especially if you're in London for a few days
