I was also in the room above front entrance which was very noisy as could hear front door slamming every time someone came in and out right until the early morning so disrupted sleep. Shabby shower. "i have stayed in 2 other LSE properties in the past - LSE bankside in 2017 and LSE Rosebery Hall in 2021. i think LSE Carr-Saunders is probably the worse mainly because there was a VERY LONG QUEUE at the restaurant. i waited in line for 30 minutes, the corridor was narrow, the line was moving slow, soo many people for food. Poor crowd control. you should learn from LSE Bankside. their dining hall is spacious and the lines move fast. only 2 lifts but one was not in service, so had to wait a...

"The staff are very friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs since they do not have a lift. And they did the same upon checkout. They even allowed us to store our bags for free after checkout since we were not going to the airport until 6 pm. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and St. Pancras Station is just a 5 minute walk. Would recommend."
