"The check in was okay. Staff kind of confused on how to check in. Didn’t have room cleaned..but room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy were great. But had to wait for them to get food out. I hate to see when really busy.
Parking was in basement. Not bad. Had a person doing security at night. No problems.
The only bad thing was…in a bad area. A lot of homeless sleep at the government building next door.
Also, pretty sure there are people staying in rooms and eating...

"My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising"

"Worst hotel ever do not stay here.i changed room 4 TIMES bc things where broken. Every room I went in to lights did not work except the bathroom and above the sink..one room a/c did not come on and this had trash in the room and a dirty towel on the floor as if somebody just took a shower. You can’t get your money back bc they do not have a working number that you can contact them with. Every thing about this property is broken and scamming people out there money"

"This property looked very nice from the outside. However, are room was not clean. The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied.
