The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "

"Rooms were ok, beds not super comfortable but lockers quite big - some of them weren’t working tho. Breakfast was awesome, buffet style with lots to choose from. The ladies running the breakfast and cleaning is lovely, so sweet and trying their best to communicate through google translate. The lady in the reception is not very nice and was being rude to me during my stay, for absolutely no reason. She doesn’t speak a word of English either so really hard to communicate - I know English is rare...
