"Stayed May 2025, Excellent hotel, friendly helpful staff. Was travelling with a group of friends and then put us all on one floor to ourselves. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Hotel is well maintained. Rooftop common area for hanging out with plates, cutlery and glasses. No restaurant or other amenities but steps away from the heart of the city - location is excellent. Staff made great recommendations. Highly recommend this property."

"Absolutely incredible stay! Everything about Cinco Balconi was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. "Breakfast was a hit… every morning Marta was in the breakfast room singing soothing karaoke oldies! Also the staff was a great help to find a laundromat and grocery store… there are neither in Marzamemi itself. It’s a very small town, but lots of cafes. "

"La struttura è moderna, pulita ed efficiente, noi abbiamo preso la casa mobile troppo carina,con un' ottima abitabilità e addirittura due bagni e dotata di climatizzatore. All'interno del residence che è a misura di famiglia c'è anche una bellissima piscina e a circa 30 metri la spiaggia con un mare meraviglioso. Promossa a pieni voti. "
