"I had an early morning flight so I stayed overnight because of the close proximity to O'Hare and the free shuttle. The staff was very kind, patient and welcoming. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. "Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Needed a first floor room for my mom due to the elevator being worked on amd they followed through. Breakfast was great and they rotated the options daily. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Stayed seven days celebrating Christmas and then celebrating our first grandchild being born. Plan on staying regularly as we return to spend time with our son, his wife and our grandchild."
