"OK, but! Bad smell of body odour as you enter the room. No real air conditioning control ( the controls are locked to limit ). Floor of bathroom damaged by repeated water splashing from the shower. Floating floor in the bathroom, which is a no no, if you care. Shower not so clean at the jonction of glass and floor. So they need to rethink the approach of customer experience!! "

"It’s only the janitorial staff that were truly nice and respectful, which was in stark contrast to the staff I interacted with regarding the bed bugs I discovered in my pillow. The two staff members, particularly the lady, were unprofessional. When I requested to speak with her about a concern, she simply pointed to a contact information sheet and seemed dismissive of my presence. The establishment is clean and well-maintained, except for the bed bugs that I found on my pillow."

"Nous avons eu une chambre très petite pour 4, heureusement qu'on était en famille. Salle de bains exigue. Mais literie de bonne qualité, draps et serviettes propres. Vu l'emplacement très proche du centre historique et le prix payé, l'hôtel était correct pour une nuit d'escale et je le récommande. Pour le petit-déj, il y a de nombreux choix autour de l'hôtel. Et des parkings payants pas très chers à 300m. De toute façon, à Coimbra l'hôtel sert juste pour la douche et l'oreiller, tout le reste se...
