"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. Went to the Mercure Hotel and received a proper friendly, professional welcome. Come on Logis get a grip!!"

"When we booked we were not told of the fun fair that was to take place. Roads around the hotel were closed off and fairground rides were within 15ft of our bedroom window. The noise was horrendous even with the window shutters closed. This did not help on a hot night with no room aircon. The hotel reception were totally disorganised and i had to search for help to book in, likewise when booking out. All the parking spaces around the hotel were filled with fairground rides. "The view of the mountains was great from our room, but there was nothing not to like. Rooms were really clean. The receptionist was amazing, it was a busy weekend when we stayed with a race on in Mont Dore (which we hadn’t realised) and she rang three restaurants to get us a reservation. She was amazing! Breakfast was great too. Fabulous, thank you. "
