"We have stayed here several times before but we will not stay here again. We will choose another hotel on our next trip to Watertown. The hotel has declined in appearance and service. They have added breakfast to the amenities. The food was not on par with most hotels. Went out for breakfast on the second day. The hallways were very noisy and had a foul odor."

"If you are looking for an inexpensive roof over your head and not much else, this is the place. Overall property is very dated 1970's - 80's and worn down. Lots of peeling paint and rust. The room was dimmly lit and the bed was just ok. The water was hot but didnt stay the same temperature, it would go slightly up or down in temperature while you were showering. The worst part was the drain did not drain very fast. So if you take any longer than 5 minutes in the shower you were ankle...

"The t.v didn't work and when I asked the front desk the person said oh I don't know about the t.v. Also breakfast buffet was terrible there was eggs ,bread,cereal, no meats so wouldn't even bother going to the breakfast the eggs looked very watery I would recommend if your staying in this area for the price this place charges go somewhere else would have preferred a Hilton or Home 2 Suites."

"Got handicap accessible room and handicap chair in shower broke. We spoke with staff and they comped room for one night only. The accident ruined our whole trip and we travelled over 900 miles. We had 2 rooms for 2 days. We eneded up going to the dr due to the fall and realized wrist was broken. We contacted the hotel by emaio and now they wont even respond. Then there were kids running on floor above us until about 2 am."

"We stayed for 3 nights and have no real complaints. The staff was very helpful and nice. The location of the motel is perfect ! Since parking up there can be difficult at times, it's easier to walk from the hotel room."

"The family suite needs some serious updating. The door was rotted and never closed properly. The carpeting in the room was heavily stained and smelled musty. The room has no private area outside nor did it have any type of ventilation. For what I paid a night for that room, I expected far better.
