"This location is outside of the city, not much to do in the area, during my 1 night stay there was no wi-fi and the staff did nothing to solve the problem."
"The overall experience was just okay… upon arrival we didn’t get much help because we paid online so that was a problem for them and so we had to wait, the rooms were clean nothing too exciting, we also had to ask for toiletries cause the room wasn’t prepared for us and the dstv wasn’t paid for."

"I stayed at this hotel two nights, separate reservations. First room was downstairs and appeared either newer or remodeled with a comfortable bed. Second room was on third flood and was more dated with less comfortable bed.
The restaurant was very good, from their breakfast buffet (wide range of hot and cold items), dinner buffet to ordering dinner off the menu.
Price was also a good value for the cost of the room and the cost of the meals. I would stay here again. "
"Amazing staff, I have been using this hotel for the past 3 years when I visit a few times each year. It is actually condo full mini apartment flat with kitchen sink , microwave, fridge and plates etc. kitchen table. Nice balcony for each unit. They have family 2 bedroom suites with 2 bathrooms as a full apartment with kitchen and living room as well above foyer. Price is VERY reasonable. Park your car under your condo , nice set up. The abandoned mall used for paint ball activities behind the hotel is a little ugly and the small river smells sometimes. That’s the only down side. I still feel at home and will go back again.
Staff treat me like family, they remember me and go out of their way to help. Top manager Brownwin and her entire team are very friendly and professional. It’s a very quiet location and for me is perfect when using Ubers to travel as a Canadian visiting . Safe, quiet , food is amazing, and close to Eastgate and Bedfordview main shopping malls with easy uber pickup."
