I was approached during an afternoon walk around the area by a local safety team patrol member to inform me that it was a high crime area and was offered an escort back to the hotel. The water system had problems my last 5 days at the hotel with intermittent outages daily and no communication plan from the hotel to the guests. The elevators were not always reliable, the weekend staff was...
