"Within walking distance of everything. Elevator didn't work right, kept taking me to the wrong floor, even took me to the 4th floor which is completely under renovation. Ended up using stairs the whole 3 days we were there."

"The staff is amazing !! Everyone was so nice and welcoming . Room was spacious and very comfortable. Food/ bar area nice, friendly and many options . Def going back it’s my new favorite place . For those who love some TLC , the spa is a must !!! "

"Lovely room, friendly and welcoming hostess. Stayed one night. Walkable to the wharf and Golden State Theater. Vibrant neighborhood. Quiet. Only one negative. It was stated that there is plenty of street parking. Most parking on street is 1-2 hours Monday through Saturday until 6p. Hotel provided some limited parking for $20 per night. Will be coming back"

"We stayed in the suite. Was very spacious. Like an apartment! Seperate bedroom, huge seating room, private bath with additional changing room. Even a safe. The heated pool was perfect. The restaurant next door was awesome! Very friendly staff. Eill stay here again."

"Did not use continental breakfast, but all other amenities were great and convenient, especially the laundry. Both of the two queen beds were great. Very large television in the room which was great for watching movies, plus the television offered access for external streaming (ex. Bluetooth connection to it). No complaints."

"Great place. As clean or cleaner than any major chain hotel I've been in. Beds were comfortable and pillows were just right for me (very subjective, but still...). Check in was super fast and the woman at the front desk was very nice and happy! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
