"While it may seem out of the way it really isn’t and you get a great deal because of that. The metro is literally across the street and the tram stop is at the end of the block and will get you to all main attractions in 15-30m. Tip: buy a GVP transit pass, add it to your phone’s wallet, and then just scan on any transport (you can even get to the airport with it). "Hotel was excellent for our family of four. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good for out of the main centre but a short train or tram ride into central Amsterdam. We had a two bed apartment which was very clean and the kitchen area was great for quick snacks/breakfast. The kids loved the games area. All in all a great place and would stay again next time in Amsterdam with the family."
