"Hotel not clean the room everyday reasons because covid-19. Unacceptable even rubbish also not collecting everyday. You have to inform them to collect. During the pandemic you should clean more often. "

"Location wise was okay. However the room was pretty dusty and small. I was given a different room from what I booked so I was a bit upset. Although it’s a 5 star hotel, the service and room amenities is not exactly 5 stars. Just think twice before booking. I recommend going for Marriott hotels if looking for 5 stars. "

"　飛行機の大幅遅延で夜中の4時に到着しました。早朝便だったため、シャワーを浴びるだけのほんの少しの滞在でしたが、丁寧に対応いただいて助かりました。ベットがとても大きくて4人家族でゆっくり寝られる十分な大きさでした。次は寝てみたいです。スタバも下にあったし、カルフールもすぐ斜め前で、開いてる時間に行きたかったです。ありがとうございました。次また必ず行こうねと家族で話しています。"

"This hotel is a fair walk to the subway stations. However, we rely a lot on UBER during our stay there. The hotel is a little tired and all amenities are rather dated. But this is a cosy nice and clean hotel. All the staffs there are very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast spread. "
