"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. "This was a great place to stay in Madrid. Very central to all areas. The breakfast was really nice as well. We ended up briefly mentioning this was our honeymoon when we checked in.
