"El hotel esta bueno primera vez que me quedo en el adultos pero si e estado en el de al lado el palace 3 veces asi que es mi cuarta vez en esta cadena de hotel la comida muy buena y variada el entretenimiento muy variado y divertido lo unico que no me gustó es que llego un grupo de como 50 personas afroamericanos y de verdad que se lucieron haciendo mucho ruido por todos lados , no tenian control con sus fiestas y musica alta y fumando mariguana por todo el hotel hasta por la madrugada sin...

"We loved the property. Most of the staffs were amazing and super friendly except Carlos from excursion who wasn't interested in helping us to book excursion, he said go book with expedia. And if I am not wrong, supervisor from buffet restaurant was rude. Other than that, Out of 9 nights, we used jacuzzi 4 times and 2 times it wasn't working. We did complain about it once and it worked then stopped working. But overall property waa beautiful. "

"This place was very nice! All the restaurants were really good to switch it up each night. The pool was awesome hanging out all day. The only thing was the rooms needed some updating we did stay at the lowest price one but the bathroom needed some updating for sure with weird marks on the mirror that didn’t come off and the bath tub with shower that needed to be re done but not as much time spent in the room so was okay for what we paid for "

"This property was clean modern and staff was helpful and friendly. Especially Angelo and Antonio at guest services. Our room was very clean and always fully stocked. "The best vacation time. The resort is gorgeous, the outside area are neat , so clean and very well taken care. The staff are very friendly. The activities the food is very good.Francis one of the staff members was very nice and friendly.My only disappointment was the bathrooms needed a little extra cleaning also the smell of the rooms. The transportation from one resort to the others was very good, they are always available for us . Great service."

"Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. "This resort is very safe But you do get what you pay for. The resort Itself is very nice, With easy access to the beach and some activities for Guest, But the food is absolutely terrible. You will want to get food somewhere else. The drinks are OK. I recommend not all inclusive and just buy food local and buy a bottle of alcohol. Bring face towels. Also, don’t Forget to reserve a restaurant for your entire stay at one time. If you do it daily, they will always be booked up. Overall, this resort...
