"Stayed overnight en route to southern Austria after a night flight into VIE. Hotel served the purpose of a cost effective, clean overnight stop. Breakfast selection was substantial with a large restaurant. Would stay again. "

"The check in took more than necessary (30 minutes). The receptionist was on his own. Than he couldn’t find our - PREPAID reservation. Than we received key for a room which was already occupied - which should never ever happen!!!! Too much mess for one one night reservation- which was obviously not reception fault but just bad hotel management!!! Needs to improve! "
