"It was a last min booking, it was perfect for one night or few days. I didn’t interact with any employee’s ( was surprised by that) but easy check in process "

"Perfectly good for what we needed. Conveniently located by the train station. Our room was actually an apartment which provided lots of space for three adults. Everything was in walking distance and easy to navigate. Very quote area. Breakfast was very good and very affordable. I would stay here again. I was very happy with these accomodations."

"We stayed 2 nights here while visiting Salzburg. It was a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to English. We even lost one the keys for our rooms and they did not charge for it. Exceptional service. The only complaint was the shower in the room. It wasn’t the shower itself. The heat and pressure were fantastic. It was the fact that the doors to the shower leaked water out into the room. But I would definitely recommend it as a place to lay low near Salzburg. "

"This was a great hotel! Close to old town and Mirabell gardens but not crazy expensive like in old town. "

"We got a room that was nothing like the pictures on their site. When I phoned the lady for some additionally items she was very helpful. The listing did not state it was a shated communal kitchen. We all found the beds very uncomfortable. On a positive side it was quiet and the tram stop was at the end of the road so a good location. "

"Room was clean, distance from the nearest metro station was about 10- 14 min walking distance, many restaurants around. Room key was not recived on time due to miscommunication between workers at the appartment, otherwise it was a great stay."

"Amazing owner/manager, cares about the guests, provides information and is eager for talks. Showers and toilets could be cleaned better. Jacuzzi is ready for use quite late, but is an amazing addition! Beds in Cabins are rather short, for sure not for someone 186cm . Overally very good and pleasant experience "

"No staff on the property is available which made it somewhat inconvenient when it comes to getting help from the property when needed. Other than that, it’s a pretty decent place to stay because of the closeness to the metro system."

"It's a new development and very quiet. Traffic is convenient with Tram 0. Self-check is handy. Service starts after 3 days so it's n/a for us but we don't really need it. Local convenient shop downstairs. Highly recommend for backpackers."
