This is a solid 4 star hotel. The room was clean and respectable. The issues I mark this place down for is that it was pretty cramped; I am only 165cm and I still had trouble in how small the shower was. The other issue is that is loud construction right outside the front door that seems to be very long term. This isn't exactly a fault of the hotel, but I feel because of it they aren't giving as much effort in a nice stay. Check in and out was very curt and although efficient, you don't have a chance to ask about directions through the construction or around the area. The hotel is very sufficient for a short stay.

Excellent hotel spotlessly clean. Spacious well presented rooms. There is building work next to the hotel which is noisy but only during the day. However we were out during the day so it didn't spoil our stay. The convenience to Pilgrimgasse station is well worth tolerating the building work.

I had the best time at the Austria Trend Hotel Ananas. The staff was extremely accommodating with any needs we had. The room was clean and the shower was excellent. I would come back here in a heart beat.
