The staff was well informed and efficient, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and I especially liked the lockers that that were activated by your room key. Well connected by bus and metro (15min from center approx), and lots of good food around. "

"Located on the outskirts of Innsbruck the hostel is relatively easy to get to. From the central station you just walk around the corner and catch the number 3 tram (heading for Amras). After a few stops you get off at `Pilippine-welser strabe’ and then walk for about ten minutes. Incidentally, if your flight is a morning one, don’t turn up at the hostel in the hope of an early check-in as there is no receptionist until 14.00. "El hostel este bien si vas en grupo, pero no más. No está tan cerca de hallstatt si es para lo que lo vas a usar. Mi cama tenía olor a humo de cigarrillo o un olor así, después tiene dos baños uno que tiene ducha y baño junto y otro q tiene dos baños y dos duchas, pero no tiene dónde dejar la ropa, si salís. De la ducha y alguien más entra al baño, bueno te ven todo, no es muy práctico si sos hombre y entra una mujero o viceversa. Y después se cobro una supuesta tasa turística de 2.5€ pero no se...

"Upgrade erhalten, aber die Dusche im Zimmer blieb trotz Nachfragen kalt und hätte ich die Dusche länger laufen gelassen, wäre das "Badezimmer" überschwemmt gewesen. Oberes Hochbett so niedrig, das man beim Aufstehen vom unteren Bett sich den Kopf anstoßen konnte. Sauberkeit und Frühstück hat gepasst. "

The bathrooms were great and cleaned thoroughly daily. The hostel was very secure with key cards for your room/locker. The hostel is very close to the metro. Everything was amazing . "Well, it was unusual circumstances, I think...I didn't know when the last train stopped in Hallstatt, so I had to pay moire for the cab to get there than the room...when I arrived exhausted from mybtreavels, there were at leasdt 30 teenagers there partying it up & the owners didn't spoeak English...I wanted to cry, but then it became hysterically funny...Thank Good I had ear plugs & they had wine to knock me out...the next night they were gone & there was a loively young woman at the front desk...

"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little...
