"St. Ermin’s hotel was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The service was impeccable and everyone always spoke kindly and were super helpful. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and they did everything they could to make it right. We booked the family room and the extra space made it so nice!! "We really like this hotel. It was within walking distance to the sights of London. There was some quirkiness about the hotel. Firstly the fire-door down the hall would announce the comings and goings or hotel guests with a bang, at all hours of the night which didn't help us sleep. The second thing was the hotel staff could not repair the hotel in my room, they offered to change the room, but do you really want to move once you've unpacked?
