"Exceptional "

"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"After initially been allocated a Courtyard room, that we were not happy with, on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay we were offered another room within the main hotel that was a different experience altogether. Space, furnishings and soundproofing all seemed much better, and on a par with previous visits.The facilities in the Hotel, and within the grounds provide plenty to do for families or those wanting to just relax. "The mini kitchen was great. Only issue is that you can’t stop/pick up in front of the hotel because of the buses and the Uber drivers always confuse it with the hotel across the road "

"Cancelled our break with only 2 weeks notice! Very difficult to rebook with such short notice around the Christmas period! "

"Very good value for money hotel stay. Good sized room that was well equipped- free safe, iron and ironing board. Nice additions like plenty biscuits and 2 bottles of water. Check in was pretty quick, only waited 15 minutes. Complimentary muffins at check-in was a nice surprise. Staff very pleasant "
