The customer service was phenomenal; our bags were carried to our suite upon check in and carried out on check out, the rooms were cleaned daily. It was the best experienced. Beautiful scenes. "absolutely beautiful resort, many activities to do within the resort, the staff is friendly, humble and accommodating. The evening shows are nice, food was good several restaurant within the resort to choose from, we set up a spa day as well and it was beautiful. The spa is located next to the river and you can hear the water while getting a massage, if there is any cons which aren't really cons, its that you are in the jungle, so there is many bugs, critters and other kind of wildlife, the bathrooms in the lobby/restaurant areas do not have air conditioning, and twice i walked in and was greeted by BIG lizard/Iguana things in the stalls. Again, it is the Jungle so I didn't let it bother me. The bell boy warned us of the monkeys that like to show up in the early morning around the villas. But again we didn't mind. Overall the Villa was beautiful and relaxing. I would love to go back to this resort one day. Of course, whenever I am mentally and physically prepared for that 24 hour flight from California. lol "

"Stayed 9 nights and loved everything from the comfortable rooms, hospitality, cleanliness, location and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and happy during your stay! The complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing offering a variety of foods for breakfast or brunch. Gorgeous spa! During my stay I had a few massages, body scrub and a facial at the spa which was so relaxing and convenient to go from the spa to my bed in minutes. I felt so welcomed by the staff and was sad to leave. Had an amazing time and will go back! "

"Our stay was amazing. If you are ever in Ubud, I would highly recommend this resort! We booked the private villa for three night and it was nothing short of incredible. The hotel itself has a plethora things that you can do on site from day tour excursions, to cooking classes, to spa days, and even requesting a floating breakfast. Also the hotel is extremely close to the monkey forest so you can see the monkeys all throughout the hotel and we had plenty of visitors up close and personal in our villa throughout our stay! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. One of the best hotels I have booked in years!"

"Paradise retreat after busier areas of Bali. It feels like a grand hotel of old with Incredible views, amazing staff - in particular ‘Goose’ provided our table with an absolutely 5 star dinner service. Good selection of food and wine. Spa service was terrific. A real highlight for us was doing the bicycle tour organized by the hotel with the wonderful Resa through the historical town and nearby rice fields. Such an authentic adventure. A very special place! Amazing value."
