"Parking was included, owner was very helpful gave us a map of sanfran told us how to use the busses, where to go, where to not go (unsafe), rooms were updated and felt very clean, (white sheets, vinyl plank floor not nasty old carpet) room is kinda small but great for 2 people with a very comfortable king mattress, zero real complaints would stay here again "

"Less than 4 miles from SFO. Clean and easy free parking. Old fashioned, but nice and reasonable. Room was not ready at check in time, so had to wait an hour before could check in. Staff was apologetic for delay and told us we could not use the shower until someone came to repair the door. After waiting an hour and being told the delay was because it was Sunday, I fixed the simple repair of the being off the track door myself. Appreciated given late check out. Would definitely stay again."

"In town for a concert at DNA lounge. I arrived early, parked my car for free, and walked around the city until the show started. There is food, nightlife, and a grocery store within a couple blocks. After the show I walked back to the room. Had another show the next night, walked to the BART station and did the same thing. Check in was easy. Service was great. Convenience was stellar. I probably saved more on parking than I spent for two nights."

"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "
