no microwave, no coffee maker, no mini refrigerator, no shampoo, hair in the bathroom, creaky beds - these are all little things. the main thing is that my neighbors didn’t let me sleep at night, I don’t understand why I paid money. it's the worst motel in my life.

Scenic area close to Goldengate Bridge. Room is decent and basic, but smelled like dog pee, understandable for dog friendly. Parking fee $10 and Deposit isn't a soft hold but a real charge because they said no other way to do it in their system. It's been 5 days and I still haven't been able to get ahold of manager about refunding $100 Deposit charge. There wasn't anyone at desk for checkout between 7:30-7:45am on Monday. Checked twice so left key on counter. I'd like my $100 deposit refunded, it's Saturday now.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! We actually checked in, took one look at the room and the homeless guys walking around on the balcony infront of the room and immediately left. The light inside the shower was dangling with bare wires showing… Did I mention in the shower where the water would hit the wires? I am still in the process of fighting for a refund. The guy at the front desk was absolutely no help at all. Edia Expedia is trying to assist, corporate Motel six can’t help apparently. They said it’s up to the manager of that motel to authorize the refund and I still can’t get a hold of him. it was absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and I wouldn’t let my dog stay there!
