"Our first night at the Monte Cristo was just awful: we were in an upstairs, back-side room on a warm evening. No ventilation to speak of, and no AC, meant that at 11pm, when it had cooled to 75-degrees outside, our room was 82-degrees. It finally dropped below 76-degrees around 4am. "The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "
