0 STAR The hotel is dirty, the receptionist (fatter Indian guy) is unprofessional, arrogant, very offensive, the bedding is dirty, you can hear all the noises from outside in the room, the reception stinks of sweat and peppers . When we reported that the beds was dirty, the receptionist reacted with an attack in our direction that we wanted to “scam “ him for a refund and that the bedding was clean . When I asked him to introduce himself by name, he refused and gave a fictitious name.Below I attach how clean the bedding is. In general, I heartily recommend putting in $50 and sleeping in a civilized hotel and avoiding this place

Good room in a great location for a great price

Great location and clean and spacious room. TV in one room did not work-was not sure if it was simply meant to be a monitor for a computer or mobile device. Bathroom small-but worked for one person

Immediate surroundings are nothing to talk about, but it just a few minute drive over to a very cute part of San Carlos with good restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is cute and clean. I would come back.

By far the most comfortable and luxurious bed of any property in its price range I have ever stayed at. The king sized mattress, half dozen pillows, and comforter were all generous and soft.

Had a great stay at LiA! Everything about the trip was smooth and stress-free. The hotel was easy to find, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all—just a super easy, pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

We needed somewhere to stay while visiting my baby brother at Stanford. I had accidently reserved for 3 nights instead of 1 and the property manager saw that we had just come from the hospital and did everything he could to help. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely kind.
