"The hotel room furniture is old and sad state. The bed should be changed to high quality mattress. The hotel has a bit of traditional vibe. They have hot shower too. The room furniture and breakfast options are huge disappointment. I hope the hotel management can invest more to improve the quality."

"It was under construction and being renovated. When it gets done the place will be very nice. The pool looked amazing and they even had a lazy river. The rooms could use a little updating but the beds amd amenities were very nice. When the work is done it will be a gem of a hotel!!!"

However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. "This property is located in a beautiful spot especially since the lodges are on a hill with amazing views. But the upkeep of the lodges is poor. Simple things such as the bathroom sink with black mould & the tiles oozing fugul are not necessary. Maybe cause we visited mid October when everything started to close down? The staff are accommodating but don’t give many choices due to their not being any when getting around the island. If your on this side & have not prearranged bout trips your stuck on 1 beach with little options. Also getting a scooter is a waste of time as there is only the road leading to the jeti no other roads unless you trek through the woodland which takes nearly 2 hours. There is wild life in the jungle so at your own risk unless you hire a guide. Also make sure you use bug repellent & bug relief because you will be eaten alive. No real English breakfast except at the hotel if they have it. Again it was end of season. "
