No ac so beware in summer. Housekeeping just opened the door without knocking. Great location walk to train station. But cannot beat the price"

"The best part of the proprty is its proximity to most of the attractions and eating spots. From the outside the Hotel looks to be quite small but is quite large and has wings on multiple sides. The staff in the bar and in the restaurant is excellent and truly deserves the rating, the reception staff could be little bit more out going we felt. while they answereed all of our queries, they were to the point , on their own they did not come up with any options or suggestions "

"My son and I stayed for 9 nights in a jr. suite. The property, room, and staff were top notch, no exceptions. Perhaps my most enjoyable hotel experience ever. Wish this place was in the U.S. so it was closer for a return trip. Location was excellent. Walkable to all major sights, shopping and food. We also enjoyed excellent food right in the hotel restaurant. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"Location and price good for us. Single beds were a problem but we knew that when we booked - not sure how much more expensive for a queen size. No mini fridge a problem for a three night stay. Breakfast a problem - you had to book the day before, but we did not know our morning plans and no gluten free or lactose free options. It cost a lot to have breakfast in town- we normally buy diet friendly band out it in a room fridge"
