"We stayed in Red level room which I am happy we did. Spacious room and nice to have concierge in special area for assistance. Only drawback is that I would have preferred a hotel a bit more central Also it is a larger hotel and if calling for something difficult To get through to anyone. All in all very comfortable and good service "

"Barceló was a very beautiful clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and a nice place to relax and explore Madrid as it is located next to via grand which basically connects to all the museums and palaces and shopping. Rooms have A/C breakfast was good and nice aromas in lobbies and hallways. Very little channels on the tv a few channels in English but I would highly recommend staying here. "
