"Picked this hotel for a short 1-night stay when we arrived Vienna because it was right next to the train station. This made things very convenient since we had to catch a morning train out the following day. Room was a little small, but probably typical for Europe. It was ok for 2 people. Loved the round window and view. The only issue was that the Air condition did not seem to work, it got hot in the room even though we turned down the temp, and it got uncomfortable since they nice window does...

"If you don't want to stay in the middle of Vienna this option is worth considering. It's a stiff 5 minute walk to the tram stop, but only about 10-15 minutes to the centre when the tram comes. After a couple of tries, I found that turning left out of the hotel door gives a much less hilly walk. The room was nice, apart from a terrible smell from the sink in the bathroom, which I told them about when I checked out. I had a view of flats that were not so close as to be intrusive.
