"What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor). I had lounge access and it included a happy hour of free alcoholic drinks & food. You could help yourself so it was worth it, only criticism is better vegan options there. Also there is a step to access the lounge which is disappointing for access. My room was very quiet and the corridor was very clean. The cleaning staff were so friendly. There was a bottle top left behind my chair which I noticed when turning on the lamp, very minor issue. Only criticism of the room is the shower base is a little tired (no longer white) and the lighting in the room was slightly annoying as there was no main light, only lots of smaller lamps. For one night it was fine! Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I’m vegan and was very impressed by the wide range of options - cooked food including vegan sausages, oat, almond & soya milks, vegan croissant! Breads, jams, yogurts, cereals. So much variety. Also a great gluten free selection if you need it! The breakfast staff were so helpful and friendly it genuinely was such a relaxed and enjoyable experience! I will be back!"

Staff are friendly and helpful though no need to contact them due to everything being available and no concerns with room/stay. Lovely hotel and definitely value for money. "We decided to stay at Clayton Chiswick eventhough it is not in zone 1 or zone 2. This hotel is only 800 feet to Gunnersbury station. We took the district line to Westminster and central London, it’s very convenient. We also took the bus to Hyde park and the bus stop is literally right outside of the hotel. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Our room is big and comfortable. The bathroom is also big and modern. We had a great time spending four nights there. "
