On the River Kelvin, leafy walks to Kelvigrove Park on the river and on doorstep of The University. Super value and beats a chain hotel."

"Hotel feels sophisticated. Lovely reception area and cosy relaxed bar and restaurant. Buffet breakfast had a great variety. We ate in the restaurant for one evening and the food was lovely. Our room for 3 (2 adults & one teenager) was a great size with two double beds. Well equipped gym and good sized pool (no additional charge). All staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
