"We choose to stay here while we were going to Tokyo Disneyland. It was very convenient. The free shuttle service was very prompt and a great addition to the stay both to the Disney parks and to the train station. The staff were very friendly and our room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. "Location wise was okay. However the room was pretty dusty and small. I was given a different room from what I booked so I was a bit upset. Although it’s a 5 star hotel, the service and room amenities is not exactly 5 stars. Just think twice before booking. I recommend going for Marriott hotels if looking for 5 stars. "

"Room was a nice size. Good selection of amenities (toothbrush, razor, cloth, hair brush, slippers, etc). There was some scuff marks on the wall and stains in the carpet, but it still was really clean. Breakfast was simple. Used the laundry and expected there to be soap for purchase but didnt see any. Overall great value and cllae walk to the stations and Shinjuku. "
