"I liked the free shuttle to the airport and the food in the bar. The only complaint about the hotel was there was no lotion in the bathroom. But other than that, I would say it is a very good place to spend the night before you fly out of Amsterdam."

"Nice place in a slightly quieter part of Amsterdam, but still only a few minutes walk from where it all happens. Staff were super and the hotel bar was well run. We didn’t try breakfast or dining options as there are so many places close by. My only gripe was the slightly odd toilet/Shower cubicle arrangement in the room. Rather than being a separate room, they are literally just cubicles in your room and the sink is in the corner. Perhaps it’s a normal Dutch layout but it was a bit weird for...

"Friendly and helpful staff. Hard with one elevator to get to our room. Area outside the hotel had litter which was sad to see .The swimming pool and wellness centre very good."

"Very comfortable all around with great beds. The tub lip is very high making it somewhat difficult to get in and out but the shower is very nice. Very conveniently located by the Leidseplein. "

"Excellent location on transit but not in the core. The room was ok, but unbearably hot (fan did not help and thermostat seemed to do nothing). Opening windows meant getting attacked by either noise or mosquitoes from the canal at night. The building is undergoing renovation, which is fine, but the smell of old pot in the carpet outside our room was disgusting. Staff super nice and helpful. Great local restaurants and cafes."

"Very convenient to museums and tram. There is a bus that goes from the airport to a block from the hotel. You don’t need to take the train. I didn’t use housekeeping- it seems it is available but for three days I didn’t use it. I felt it was an extra in a way."
