"I am a regular at this hotel and have always enjoyed staying here. This trip they have kindly upgraded my room as part of my vip benefits, which was great! However, they will need to step up on maintaining cleanliness of the room. This morning when I woke up, I found a dead cockroach along the walkway towards the room door to exit. I almost freaked out but luckily it is dead. There was also a stench in the common corridor for days as I walked from lift to my room on 23rd floor. It was like stale...
