"This is a beautiful hotel. The room I was given was one of the biggest hotel rooms I've ever seen! Pure luxury. One negative is that I ordered rice with vegetables, after explaining I'm vegetarian, but they brought vegetables cooked in a fish sauce with shrimp. After complaining, they brought me a different meal and a free drink. "Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property."
