"A most excellent hotel which faces the sea front at Weston-Super-Mare and is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. Staff are very friendly, most helpful and professional. Breakfast is hot and superb with a wide variety. Dinner is excellent with different choices each evening. Often good English food, such as Hake, Turkey and roast vegetables etc. The starter choices are good and the startersoups are very tasty indeed. The puddings are splendid. " No kettle in room or water in fridge. A kettle was delivered eventually. The pool area was looking like it needed updating, quite shabby, fixtures & fittings. The hair bobble on the key for the padlock, for the lockers, was not the best look, for a Hilton hotel. Room was very basic for the money. Staff were friendly & polite. "

"Our hotel stay was exceptional and very good. The only problem we had was the aircon didnt work. The hotel offerd to change rooms if we wanted but also gave us a complimentary breakfast for two nights. This was a bonus. Would stay here again.
