They do not have in room phones to contact reception and when we tried to csll them by mobile, a few times in the evening, they were not answering the phone, so we had to take the long walk to reception to request the room change."

"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us.
