"The staff and service are excellent. The breakfast is really good and has lots of variety. My only problem was with the air conditioning, you could not used it below 22 and in the middle of the night it stops cooling. They also turn off the hot Water after midnight. We got two bedrooms and the day of our departure we didn’t have hot Water at 3:00 am"

"I was upgraded to a junior suite which was a nice surprise. The hotel lobby was airy and spacious. Friendly staff The room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was included and had a good selection of the usual Colombian choices. Free shuttle bus to the airport which is literally 5 minutes away. Ideal for a stopover between flights. Considering it was a suite there was only 1 coffee capsule and a the mini bar was empty. Broken bedside lamp but perhaps this had not been reported to...
