"One of the staff members was outstanding, Amir who was seconded from the Novotel Olympic Park to the Fairmont. He was super helpful in showing us around when we were looking for the pool facilities. He was a great ambassador to the hotel group and on several occasions during our stay he checked in on us and genuinely wanted to ensure we had everything we needed. "This property although it was very old suited our purpose for our stay, we just needed a clean bed and somewhere to shower. Where it is situated is right on a lighted intersection and trucks and other traffic had to stop or start off again. After a few nights we became somewhat acclimatised to the noise which was very loud most mornings and evenings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "
